Peruvian Half Caff

We use sweet, soft Peruvian beans that decaffeinate quickly, retaining their full, smooth, flavor and pair them with a shade grown caffeinated bean that is grown alongside corn and cocoa. A Half-Caff to be forever sought after! 

Recommended Roast: Medium-Dark

Cupping Notes: Notes of bakers cocoa and sweet tangerine with hints of peach and a dry almond finish.
